If you create a user account, you agree to receive occasional email newsletters from YouCraftyLittleMonkey containing product news and special offers. You can unsubscribe if you decide you no longer want to receive these. We will not pass your email address on to other companies without your permission.

Delivery and Returns

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery. If you are not at the postal address you have provided to collect your order when it arrives, it is your responsibility to tell the courier company to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Cancellation and refunds policy on products purchased from our website

Customers have the right to return items. Customers have 14 days (after taking receipt of an item) to notify YouCraftyLittleMonkey of a return. You then have 14 days to return the item to YouCraftyLittleMonkey (a maximum of 28 days in total).

To cancel or return goods, simply notify us by emailing youcraftylittlemonkey@gmail.com with details of your name, contact phone number, order number, date of order, details of the items to be returned and the reason for returning. We will provide a return address.

If you've already received the item, you must arrange for the item to be returned to us providing it is new (undamaged, complete and unused) in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll process your refund and credit the original payment method within 14 working days. Original delivery cost will not be refunded. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the item, but reserve the right to apply an administration handling charge. Our refunds and returns policy do not affect your statutory rights.

If the returned items are unusable, damaged or there are items missing, the cost for the damaged or used items will be deducted from any refund.

Product Pricing and Description

Our products and prices are subject to change at any time. Promotional terms only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we take all possible measures to ensure the accuracy of information on the website, sometimes things go wrong. We cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information posted on our website in error.

In situations where incorrect pricing is mistakenly posted, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. In such instances, customers are reminded that any "confirmation" emails despatched by YouCraftyLittleMonkey are confirmations of receipt of order rather than confirmations of the formal legal acceptance of the order.

Maximum order quantity

YouCraftyLittleMonkey reserve the right to limit the quantity of any single item purchased to a maximum of 5 units. If you wish to buy more than 5 units of any individual item, please mail youcraftylittlemonkey@gmail.com to request a larger order quotation and postage costs.

Law and jurisdiction

This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
